1. Introduction
Welcome to Tour de Tsitsikamma. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking and Payment

 

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
    • Full payment must be made before the tour commences.
    • Prices are subject to change based on availability and operational costs.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

 

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date are non-refundable.
    • If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), a credit or alternative date will be offered.

4. Safety and Liability

 

    • Riders participate at their own risk.
    • Helmets are mandatory.
    • Tour de Tsitsikamma is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of property during the tour.
    • It is recommended that participants have travel insurance covering medical emergencies.

5. Equipment and Rentals

 

    • Participants are responsible for their own bikes and gear unless renting from our partners.
    • E-bike rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

6. Accommodation and Meals

 

    • Accommodation is provided in luxury tented camps.
    • Meals include breakfast, dinner, and on-trail snacks.
    • Special dietary requests must be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Changes to Itinerary

 

    • The tour route and schedule are subject to change due to weather conditions or other logistical considerations.

8. Code of Conduct

 

    • Participants must respect nature, local communities, and fellow riders.
    • Littering, reckless riding, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
